The Z5 is the flagship of Børresen’s Z-series, built to reveal music with clarity, purity, and emotional impact.

With a sophisticated 2½-way configuration, it uses a Ribbon Planar Tweeter, two bass/midrange drivers, and four dedicated bass drivers, delivering an expansive frequency response and remarkable dynamics.

Børresen designed the Z-series to retain many of the advanced principles from their 0-series, but in more “accessible” form — using reengineered versions of their iron-free magnet systems, low inductance driver designs, and resonance-minimizing techniques.

Expect performance that’s both technically refined and emotionally engaging: the Z5 offers strong control over deep bass, transparent midrange, and air-transparent highs, all in a design that supports graceful integration into premium setups.
